In CARVER leadership, we examine the fundamental conditions necessary for managers to lead anywhere between small teams to large organizations. Using the CIA’s CARVER methodology as a tool for quantifying key metrics, this course focuses on formulating and effectively communicating the big ideas to the team, while continuously assessing and refining those ideas.

- Fostering a culture that carries outside of the workplace through self-discipline and reflection
- Knowing when to push and when to pullback on your team members
- Identifying hidden cracks in your team chemistry before they become a problem
